Return and Refund Policy

 We have a "15-day return policy", which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return

  •  Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at contact@majesticdesigns.au
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
  • The Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return item back to us at the provided address.
  • You can always contact us for any return questions at contact@majesticdesigns.au


Damaged/defective product

  • A free replacement or a refund will be offered if the problem is reported to Majestic Designs email indicated in your order confirmation email within 15 days of product delivery, along with the required photo proof.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) and any pre-ordered/exclusive items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item to contact@majesticdesigns.au 
  •  Incorrect Address: In the event that an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will not issue a refund.
  • Incorrect Personal Details: Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect personal details such as name, phone number, or email address, will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on SALE ITEMS or GIFT CARDS.
  •  Store Error: If the incorrect address or personal details were a result of an error on our part, we will take full responsibility and provide a refund or re-ship the order at no additional cost to the customer. 


Exchanges

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
